Looking for £120 ono, quick sale prefs!
100 ?
DM'd you!
For sale is have my vintage Raleigh singlespeed. It is a 58cm frame from the BB to the the seat tube, this will ordinarily fit anyone from 5'9" to 6'2".
This was a new build for my commuting during this winter, but with damaged knee ligaments I'll not be doing any cycling and it needs to go to a better home.
The frame itself is in next to perfect condition, as you may see from the photographs it has had a clearcoating (£80 from a professional bike shop) to protect the frame for the winter. I made sure the original decals were laid under the clearcoat so the vintage look can be kept for a few more years.
I will be putting a chain (we can discuss gearing) and a pair of pedals on the bike too (flats or clipless, you decide) for the buyer.
Both original Brakes and Levers have been left on the bike but with new cabling for extra safety during winter commutes. For the same reason I left it as a singlespeed. My hope had been to turn it into a true fixie and I'm sure you'd be able to in no time with a conversion kit or fixed hub rear wheel.
The bike has has been fitted brand new Deda bar tape. The current saddle is a cheap one with a small tear in the back, I have a spare black/red saddle that I would happily replace it with if you so wish.
Ready to ride away today.
Collection is preferred but I have no issue with couriers (you can arrange or I can at your expense), mile-splitting in the East Midlands is also an option.
Many thanks for looking.
