Thats bollocks - you went out and got one that was (supposedly) in great condition, now it looks like you'd have been better off just getting the cheapest that was the right age.

Yeah, it is a bit poo, but it not as bad as it sounds. The floor pans are good, as are the wings and the opening panels. We just need to replace the sills and patch the tunnel.

I'd have spotted the the boot and the shit welding in the floor. It's not me on the hook for the purchase price, though.
