so let me get it straight... Graham Weigh builds frames, but these were built by Paul?

As far as I'm aware yeah. Paul built for Graham Weigh in their peak before they started rebranding Chinese Alu.

Also a couple of other British brands sold hues.

There's a post somewhere in the donohue thread I think.
