Hello my planet he broke in test ride

hello guys this is my planet x i have buy 14 september and 24 octomber he crack with out crash or do something wrong the company he say is not replace is not factory defected is it from me and he send me this lanet X Customer Service returns@planetx.co.uk

Hi Nikos,

Thank you for your patience, we have completed an inspection of your frame.

This is not deemed to be a manufacturing defect, this part of the frame is a strengthened area.

Please explain what you were doing at the time the frame cracked? where you were riding and how were you riding?

Hello I have a big problem I have build my planet and today I have go to make a ride for first time and when push pedal 4 time he broke is not normal this one I have pay 600 euro for frame set for don't broke in 4 pedals and I don't have use my power , is he first ride , first test and broke

i have test in road for 10 meter then i listen the -voice - i turn for look what happend and he broke with out do anything wrong in 10 pedals in this one road

Were you riding in the cobbled gutter?

no i have ride in normal road the obbled gutter he have in any small vilage in germany

Did you inspect the frame before putting any parts on it?

i have check before use any part head set and bb i use it in shop because i dont have tools for do this

That chainring has done a lot more than 10 metres. Also, you did 10 metres on 2 sets of wheels?

from first black to parking singnal how many meter is it ?before the signs of parking he broke

You also swapped the Omnium/Zen out for another carbon chain ring.

Sharky chainrings. No reason to get supercross.

and the rear wheel is it freewheel that is the reason for look it with quick release ,no skid , no push

Was the bike purchased new (by you from Planet X?).

and @fussballclub is from Germany.... do you speak better German or Greek?

Also, what rear hub are you using?
