Hi Nikos,
Thank you for your patience, we have completed an inspection of your frame.
This is not deemed to be a manufacturing defect, this part of the frame is a strengthened area.
Please explain what you were doing at the time the frame cracked? where you were riding and how were you riding?

Hello I have a big problem I have build my planet and today I have go to make a ride for first time and when push pedal 4 time he broke is not normal this one I have pay 600 euro for frame set for don't broke in 4 pedals and I don't have use my power , is he first ride , first test and broke
