Great ride, thanks everyone. Straightened mech hanger, replaced cable and chain and now it's shifting like a dream. I mean I'm down from 7 crashes on the last ride to 1 on this so feel I'm going in the right direction.

yeah all good. the mech might be a little bit bent but it's 8speed so doesn't have to be 100% straight so is indexed wonderfully!
