My first train to Walthamstow has been cancelled. Will hop on the next one which should see me arrive in Chingford just moments before 11am, all being well.

Ash cycles is opposite the station, they may have something.

Well sort of opposite. Turn left along the high street and it's on the opposite side of the road.

shorten the chain and don't use your smaller gears?
