Are the Easton 9 speed compatible?
-
• #4
They are yeah. Forgot to mention, all wheels are Shimano freehub.
Thompson sold, cheers.

• #5
do the eastons take 11 speed?
-
• #6
Interested in taking the power wheels off you. Do you know if they are ant+ ones. Meaning could I use my smartphone or my garmin computer instead of the head unit?
-
• #7
Eastons won't work with 11 speed.
Powertap won't work with any wireless systems. You can have them modified/retrofitted to work with Ant+, but it didn't make economic sense a couple of years ago when I looked into it, let alone nowadays with so many affordable power meters available.

As far as I'm aware, the SigmaSport one and the wired version from Powertap are one and the same? I'll have a proper look for mine tonight, I must have it somewhere.

If it can't be found and yours works with this, then definitely interested. Let's see what happens. Much appreciated.

Not in London, so prices are posted. If you happen to be near Sunderland and want to collect, knock a bit off the prices.
CycleOps Powertap/105/Open Pro wheelset
Wired Powertap SL hub and Shimano 105 hub, built into Mavic Open Pro 32h rims.
Front wheel is virtually brand new, very few miles and bearings barely run in. The rear rim is also virtually brand new, but the hub has been used a fair bit. I put it aside a year or so ago when the batteries ran out and now I can’t seem to find the head unit. They’re cheap and easy to get hold of though. It does come with the shark fin hub sensor, cadence sensor and head unit cradle.
SOLD
Easton EA70
The little wheels that could. These were my winter wheels and I thought I’d run them till the died, but they just keep going and going and going. Bearings decent, loads of rim life left, true and come with one Michelin Pro 3 Grip.

Dura Ace 7900 C24
What you’d call spares or repairs! Front has noisy bearings and a missing spoke. Rear has a kink in the brake track (rim and bed are totally fine - I don’t even know how/when it happened, I only noticed it when taking these pics!). Both have a fair bit of wear to the brake tracks.
SOLD
Thomson seat post.
Inline, black, 31.6 x 367mm, anodising is decent and comes in the bag, but it looks like at some point it's been clamped with something too tightly that's crimped in the post a little. I've tried to show it in the photo as clearly as I can. I've ridded it like that (80kg) on an MTB for about 3 years now and it's never caused an issue. The top of the crimp is 210mm from saddle rails, so if you wanted to run less than that, it wouldn't be an issue regardless.
SOLD
Truvative Stylo 1.1 SS cranks.
180mm arms, 32mm chainring, 104mm BCD, 32t ring. Lots of use, but other than some rubbing, great nick and life left in the ring.
