go with the curves - this is an inspiring and stunning build! re the Concor sprint saddle, I have had in the back of my mind that I might try to find one cheaply on ebay as well, but I think realistically it's not going to come up for less than a couple hundred :(
My backup plan is to go with a normal supercorsa, as you have done, and give it a bit more evelation in the back with a bit of 3d printing and some high-density foam, then re-cover it with suede. I might then try to get/3d-print one of these "apoggio lombare" (lumbar support) things for more aero goodness:
You can follow how I get on (or go down in flames trying) at my humble (and stagnant) CP thread here. Due for an update soon!

Frontend looks so heavy with the current bars. I think you would profit lookwise amd ridewise from eithet 3ttt pista stem with 51.151 or cinelli pista stem with LA84

Yes, i have both of them, cinelli and 3ttt, but this bullhorn is rare....and it was used in the catalogue....:)

Very nice indeed,
What year is the frame - a little before C-Record or not - I guess parts evolve with a frame. Just asking as I have a frame with c -record cranks but I think were originally Super Record.
And if you don't mind measuring what is the Bottom Bracket height?
Excellent Build

The Modolo/ Bottecchia Kronotech (concept) was displayed at the 1986 Vancouver World Expo....the old owner told me that my bike run a world track Championship at the end of 80's (but i don't like the exact year)...
I think my bike is about 1987-89 (also the previous crankset super record track is last generation unfluted, so correct with the years estimated)
I will measure bottom bracket height :)

Thanks for your reply. I think you have done a great job on this bike and it is definately a bit special.
I may well put some unfluted Super Record cranks on mine ( I sold the last mint set I had recently unfortunately ).
I look forward to bb height - mine is about 270mm so too low to ride Stratford or any of the indoor tracks. -

I've got a poster for the Kronotec somewhere from 87, I'll look it out.

Might be 88 actually, memory fading.. fast.

judging that this is from '89 I would think yours would perhaps be of a similar age
