Yeah crazy. Knew Surrey wasn't 'cheap' but was a little shocked.
Need to move somewhere out the M25 with train connection and a garage.
Going to be hard finding somewhere reasonably priced!

I think Herts/Essex is nicer than Surrey or Kent. None of the proper commuter belt is cheap though.

Yeah. I'd move to Essex (grew up there, love to ride there), but need to get to guilford. And not commuting around the M25 each day.
