Think I saw this this on eBay recently and asked the seller to add the BB info (it's been painted purple/burgundy)? If so, definitely an Olmo, I only didn't purchase as it turned out to be 62cm rather than 60 as listed.
As far as I'm aware, not really any reliable way to date an Olmo from the serial... someone may know more than me though.
