• You'd think that, in an effort to get the owner back on the bike, a warranty repair would be a straight fork swap, but apparently not - TF do a full tear down, decided it needs a new lower, ordered the lower, waited for the lower, received the wrong lower, have asked for the right lower, but now can't get in contact with CSG Germany, with whom they deal with, not CSG UK, to obtain this lower, which will probably take a couple of weeks to deliver.

    In the interests of getting me back on the bike, I asked them would it not be quicker and less pain to just ship me a new fork, and TF's response was that it doesn't cost THEM anything to do a rebuild. Neglecting the cost of keeping me off the bike for weeks and missing the races I wanted to do on it. Let's just sweep that aside.

    So fail of TF, fail of CSG.
