Hi there, I have a Light & Motion Urban 200 for sale, 200 lumens on full power, designed and made in the U.S, so excellent build quality and under your £100 budget. It's hardly been used, I've only put it through a handful of charge cycles, so the battery is basically new and it's in good nick cosmetically.
