Basically the 'savings' estimated are based on the fact that you will stay at your current employer for more than 3 years and they won't charge you at the end of the lease. Of course the transfer of lease fee is also not mentioned. If you look at the math, if you leave in one year you save £10 or something stupid. C2W is load of bollocks and isn't really worth it.
