  • I just plug mine in. The clever programme says there's updates avaliable. I say yes update.

  • Another member of the useless club. Never updated the firmware, never felt the need to. Mind you, I'm about to take it all apart for no particularly good reason, so this may change.

  • I need to charge mine before USA which means taking off all the electrical tape holding it together.

Also adjust it down to 9spd, because 11spd is for pussies oh and because stupid disc covers.

  • I should point out that my random acceptance of anything labelled 'upgrade' or 'update', has led to me owning a laptop that now has Windows 10.

    Balls.

  • They're going to force everyone onto Win10 next year anyway so you may as well embrace it now...

  • Nothing works. Trainer Road won't start, the file Explorer closes if you ask anything of it, it won't play video, flash heavy websites kill it. It's fucked.

    Worse than all of that.

    Far far worse.

Is that it refers to programmes as 'apps'

  • "programs" - they're not a guide to the opera.

  • Auto correct.

  • Your an autocorrect.

  • "you're"

  • It was intentional. #brodouevenlfgssmeme

    Stems from "your a cunt"

  • Was a low class trolling attempt tbh.

    You cunt.

  • What's the alfine di2 hub like?

The drop bar set up seems pricey.

  • Equilibrium is restored.

  • What's the difference between 3 and 5 ports? Only need 5 if climbing buttons etc?!?

  • 5 port is for TT extensions. Climbing, sprint switches connect you your shifter so 3 port is sufficient.

  • 5 is more for Tt/tri use.

Everything else can be routed into the spare ports in the levers.

  • Unless you have the R-785 brake levers, as they only have a single port per side, in which case if you want a Pave switch you will need the five port junction box.

  • These will be used with R785 for Emma's Talbot small beik. 5 port you reckon in case she wants climbing buttons or just 3? Modern shit is confusing!!!!

  • I'd get the five, gives you the option in future - I have it on the Time Machine and it's nice to tool along country lanes on the tops being able to change gear effortlessly.

  • Ah, I see. Will go for that then.

  • could you just use a 5 port A junction mounted at the BB? link one shifter to the other, run one cable downtube that goes into the junction and connect the fd, rd, battery there too?
