Hi, not sure if it helps, the red,white and green front disc look like a Del Tongo wheel from 1987, Saronni and Piaseki used them in the TTT in Berlin, the Fir disc is bulbous and was called "killing system" also used by Robert Visentini (Roche's mate!) in the 1987 Giro time trials.
