I've just moved from Factors to Bont Vaypors as it happens. Not for the same reason, but sort of similar - found with the velcro is was hard to get tightness right - I'd be a bit too loose on the velcro and overcompensate with the ratchet, so it would be too tight around there.
Love the boa on the Bonts. Not sure there's less pressure or not - but there's definitely a feeling of better all-round fastening. I guess the heat moulding helps there too.
