Apparently by the rules of WADA and the IOC, Athletics should be thrown out of the Rio Olympics. I mean, it's never gonna happen, but what a thing if it did.

What, the whole sport?! What's the rule? How does that work?

Something along the lines of the sport not doing anything like enough to protect itself from doping cheap, corruption, etc - therefore not upholding the olympic values and not being a credible sport to include in the games.
