Forgot to post this. Ditched the basket from my Cross Check and a front dynamo light. Love this bike so much. Rainy Day Biking mud flaps on the way from the States. Also want some black V-O mudguards, but can't find any in the UK...

New bikes in 3... 2... 1...

Btw if you're serious about audax get some 38mm Compass tyres.

and fit a spacer to your rear mudguard mount on the chainstay bridge.

Or just live with the easy flat fixes.

TBF the axles just about near the end of the dropout, couple spacers should be ok.

Yeah. I will. Pasela's are just so cheap and they have them at SBC which is a mile away from my house... Compass are on the list though. And you're right. Having this set up like this really makes me want an Elephant... or a fancier version of the CC anyway. Like a Winter or some shit.
