If you take athletics out of the summer olympics, there isn't much left...

Apparently by the rules of WADA and the IOC, Athletics should be thrown out of the Rio Olympics. I mean, it's never gonna happen, but what a thing if it did.
And the reason it's never going to happen is that the IAAF know where the IOC bodies are buried. They are two arms of the same vampire squid.
