hmmm, not on mine, but it doesn't do it all the time either. one of those things that can leave me unfazed for most of the time but drives me crazy when I'm in a mood or a hurry.
Its purely a chrome fault when run on Mac. No issues with other browsers.

I get even worse, totally garbled. But only when first starting up computer from sleep. Soon as screen is scrolled it fixes itself.
