Hey @WimVDD
Yer totally with you there. It arrived Friday actually and I had a play with it yesterday. I changed the bar and stem to a silver Cinelli set but then swapped it back again as I preferred the 'look' of the black. The stem looks a lot nicer slammed down but I'm gonna be riding it and it wasn't a comfy fit so it went back up again although not as extreme. I've already an AD10 with a silver cockpit and it's nice to have this setup a bit different. I did however re-route the brake cables to the 'British' way for a bit more familiarity. I think it's pretty original too as it has a nice pair of Colnago oem Ambrosia Giro D'Italia 'servizio corse' rims and think the bar/stem combo was original fit as well. Just waiting for some replacement downtube bosses to fit (they're rusty and seized), gear cables, set-up and lubricate it then pray for some nice weather. I've been busy building up an '85 Alan Super Rec Cyclocross which will satisfy my urge to pedal and get a bit mucky this winter.

Don't get me wrong, @juscos , it's a great bike! I would put another stem on it (straighter; I'm not a fan of "curved" stems) to give it an even more aggressive look.
Looks lots better with other tape. ;-)
@JusCos change (or at least: lower) that stem too. And the bars. ;-)
