what is this so called "sky" you speak of?
-

You know it as 'Realm Of The Great Vengeful Eye'.
I heard you sacrifice new born piglets to it using a sharpened spoon.

Yesterday evening I saw something in the sky which was wierd.
I was waiting at the junction of Montague Place and Gower st, looking toward Bedford Sq, when I noticed about 6 or 7 orange lights, at what seemed like very high altitude. They were scattered about, but all moving in the same direction, when a few dimmed and one started moving erratically.
They stayed bright for about 15 seconds. It definitely wasn't a firework.
Thinking about it and they must have been chinese lanterns for the new year, that'd come from soho, and floated high up over Tottenham Crt Rd. I guess they're still celebrating it a week later.

I see coloured lights changing at the upper limit of my peripheral vision when I'm riding all the time.
they tend to change from green to amber to red and back again.
whenever I see them changing I get this intense sense of anxiety wash over me and quite a few times when they've turned from amber to red myself and a few people have just stopped dead in the middle of the road staring at them, however a lot of people seem oblivious to their presence and act like they're not even there. I can't even begin to understand what's going on there.

Just had maybe my third or fourth UFO experience - the second occasion I've seen these.
Quite low across the sky passed several, perhaps as many as 10, perfect orange circles - vehicles of some sort, but silent and not lit like planes, whose shape is given away by the arrangement of lights. With these the orange glow, assuming due to a propellent, gives them the appearance of nothing more than circles. The episode lasted a few minutes - in sight at any one time were 3 or 4 before more would appear in the distance, each evenly spaced from the next, none in any rush, before disappearing with no fuss. It was magnificent. I first saw this exact same thing some Christmas or another. Whatever normal is, these are definitely not it.

^ intriguing - I once saw some lights in a triangle shape silently moving across sky - about 11pm - very slowly, then do weird manoeuvres and come back into a central point, before then changing into 3 sets of triangular arrangements of lights, very slow and silent - My Mum saw it too, very strange - it freaked us both out, we went indoors - I was only 10 or something - has stayed with me ever since - wouldn't like to say what it was - weird though

Fucking rudolf and doppler shift* on a training run/ real thing.
- I realise that red would get more red, not orange.

Then I gazed into the eye of my creator, who flinched.
Anyway, there's one here. What's remarkable is how small it seems when photographed, which is down to puny flash versus great expanse of space. Perspective lost.
There are 4 here. Despite to the immediate eye all being parallel and the same size/colour, here they're various colours and misaligned, although still relative. Red far left; dull and muted and looking for all the world like the moon, second left; like a star, second right; bright yellow far right.
Another 4 here. Despite its appearance, the obvious moon-like one isn't actually the moon. These photos were taken no more than 5 seconds apart, and it doesn't appear in the middle photo. Maybe it's a quirk of the flash as I don't remember them being that big. Certainly the moon was not there though. There's another dull, muted one to the left of the 'moon'. I realise they look nothing more than stars, but they weren't. Their movement was very slow and deliberate.
Good job Claire and Graham weren't partner-swapping with Rex and Margaret over the road.

funnily enough ....
i was walking home last night after drinking a bottle of tequila and i was seeing stars and flashing lights
then once i finished crossing the motorway i fell down and slept for 3 hourswhen i woke up i felt like i had been probed in the head with alien technology
-

Not Chinese lanterns are they?
-
• #92
They're aliens. It's bloody obvious. I'm suffering unimaginable probing-pleasures on-board craft 6. Currently hurtling over the Bahamas. It's pretty good. You all must visit.
Over and out.

the scary thing is they really are out there
taking the universe / probability and doing the mathematics it's 100% guranteed they are out these somewhere
my guess is sightseeing over Claire and Graham's, isn't where they are likely to be -

http://www.theguardian.com/music/2013/nov/02/shaun-ryder-ufos-impossible-not-to-believe
The former Happy Mondays and Black Grape frontman gets narked with people who assume he was off his head when he saw his UFOs. Fair enough, he has spent much of his life off his head, but he insists that any time he's seen anything otherworldly he's been clean and sober.
Perhaps therein lies the problem ... :) -

It was a trident test launch. The navy confirmed earlier.
I saw a "fireball" above Muswell hill in daylight once, didn't make landfall so wasn't a meteorite, lasted for around 5-7 seconds and it's path covered a huge amount of "sky" on a low near horizontal trajectory.....amazing!
