Well done to the brave souls who turned out.....and well done to Pete for keeping going! I've only ever bonked badly a few times, but I know well how hard even the slightest incline is, let alone single speed in the epping gloop!Hopefully I'll be off duty for the next one!

Ha, don't think I'll be getting those pads again.
Looks like Shimano 515/525 pads ( other brands are available ) are what's needed to replace them. Back to good old sintered pads from now on.

£23 for 4 pairs seems pretty good. They're the 's2s' ones, right?
