By 319 yes I mean the mavic 319.
For about a year I've been running a 23 up front and it's been fine.
The only reason for running a 20c is down to stupid clearance at the fork crown on a recently acquired frame. From inspecting it post installation my main concern is based around running out of tread and cornering on sidewall when leant over.

I can't reinsert my key.
I used to have this problem with my mini evo. The problem for me was... something to do with the sleeve, I think?
I can't find my d-lock so I can't explain exactly what it was, but something on the outside would become misaligned, and would need to be slid back into place, and then when that was done, the lock would be usable again. Just like you're describing, it feels like the lock has jammed.
Check that none of the plastic bits have slipped into misalignment and then try again. Good luck!

The discs only rotate when the disc before that is engaged. And I can't engage the disc before the twisted one, because the key stops at the twisted disc and doesn't fully insert.
It's like the Lock Pick Protection keeps me out. :-/
I have tried a fresh key.@bothwell the external sleeve is fine, its really inside the lock that things are stuck.
In other news: I have written to Kryptonite, and while they haven't been helpful as to how to align the discs again ("you could try a small flathead screwdriver"), I probably will get a replacement lock, if I need to cut this one.

They must replace (or refund depending on its age) based on goods being fit for purpose.
It's in the Sale of Goods Act 1979
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1979/54But you know, you could always have registered your bike, cut the lock off, and then report it as stolen and have them reimburse you the cost of the entire bike. I don't think they'd like that though.
Either way I have had a similar problem with both Abus and two Krypto's (my new Mini worst of all) where it feels like the key is in and the barrel will twist, but it's only half the lock. Opted for gently-gently with a wiggle to see if it goes further before twisting all the way to unlock.
I'd still recommend you lean on them a little more heavily and get if nothing else a new (better?) lock out of them, regardless of if the current one can be rescued with a screwdriver.

Yep I had the same thing, ordered some cable couplers from the US so I could switch between drops and tri bars easily, forgot about them, next thing I get a email from the supplier saying they have been returned as no one paid the customs..
turns out the card got lost via the work post, so I had to pay for return shipping and the cost to ship them again, on top of the customs charge when they get here -

i have recently acquired a felt tkr4 rear wheel for winter riding, i dismantled the hub to give it a service and the cones are pitted, but the cups are fine,
my questions are does anyone know what breed of hubs felt track wheels use, so i can acquire replacement cones, or if a lbs is the best bet and i should give them to then?
Thanks

I expect Jim Felt knows :-) Most likely Joy Industrial Co. Ltd or Kun Teng Industry Co. Ltd, and you're very unlikely to find spare parts for their low-end loose ball products. If the cones are threaded M10×1.0 and the bearing balls are 9×¼", you're likely to have success with a Shimano rear hub cone.

Anybody recommend a suitable place to leave my bike locked up whilst I apply for a Chinese visa in Old Jewry?

Where in LDN (pref. central or South) has a good range of computing keyboards I can physically try?
I thought the selection at Maplin was a bit bobbins.
Is it just PC World? John Lewis?

There's a biggish PC World on Bromley rd near the Catford bus garage? I am not sure of their keyboard display though.

Since a couple of weeks the Chrome browser messes up the forum display (and a couple of other websites but not all of them all the time) it seems, anyone else have this problem? Suggestions to get rid of this besides 'use other browser'?
(on my iMac with OSX El Capitan as well as on MacBook Pro with OSX Yosemite)

There's motorbike parking at the Gresham Street end of Old Jewry and on Frederick's Place.
There are bike racks on the corner of Gresham Street and Princes Street

Cheers. There's also a biggish one in Brixton.
Depends how stupid you think it is. It probably won't be the immediate cause of your death, but the ride and handling will be less than ideal.
My table based on Sheldon Brown's publication of Georg Boeger's suggested fits, but erring more towards wider rims for any give tyre width:
