I expect Jim Felt knows :-) Most likely Joy Industrial Co. Ltd or Kun Teng Industry Co. Ltd, and you're very unlikely to find spare parts for their low-end loose ball products. If the cones are threaded M10×1.0 and the bearing balls are 9×¼", you're likely to have success with a Shimano rear hub cone.

i have recently acquired a felt tkr4 rear wheel for winter riding, i dismantled the hub to give it a service and the cones are pitted, but the cups are fine,
my questions are does anyone know what breed of hubs felt track wheels use, so i can acquire replacement cones, or if a lbs is the best bet and i should give them to then?
