Cable tension too tight? derailleur not aligned with chainring? tried the other limiter? (the latter isn't the same, some have it the other way round).

Will try other limiter... Otherwise all aligned @withered_preacher no not massively clean. Suppose I should clean it...

I say that based on my experiences working with department store crap that my friends bring to me because the gears don't shift anymore.
A clean derailleur makes a huge difference.
