Great little frame (well, biggish), perfect commuter, winter ready with mudguard/rack mounts, F&R brake drilling and cable guides. It's built by Pete Luxton, a small frame builder based down in Devon, for the husband of the president of the CTC in 1974. History.... Pretty light, could well be Reynolds 531, I'm no witch-doctor so I can't be sure, seems pretty feasible though. Definately a decent tube set. Beautiful Nervex lugged junctions and BB, semi wrap over seat stays, neat small track/horizontal dropouts unlike most path/track frames of the era.

I've had it for a little over a year, and have had a couple of the small dents filled out, then blasted and powder coated a dark green/grey/blue colour. Ready to roll. The powder coating has a few scuffs from use, but is still in good shape... Only other thing to note is the small weird dent (pictured) near the BB. Which I didn't get filled as you can't see it when the cranks are on.

The frame is built for 27" but I had it built up with guards and 700c, with deep drop brakes, (I have a set of Alhonga ones that I can chuck in for an extra £5) . The frame would work a treat with bigger tires and wider guards, although I never got around to that. I've the original decals too, direct from Pete, if you fancy slinging those back on.
