Definitely not Columbus air and speedstream was for lugless construction with fully aero tubing. This frame has normal tubes which are flattened in the middle. Rayleigh did this on a few models even low end frames with 501 tubes (Quasar). Likely 531 or similar judging the lugs and shot in seat cluster.
