    Why do you think you need to? Riding a bike is like, er, riding a bike. Once you can do it, it takes a long time to forget. Roller fans might claim there's some benefit, but really you'd be much better off going outside on your CX/MTB for an hour when you feel like it if you're concerned about balance and core.

  • my main problem with rollers is not being able to ride out the saddle/change position easily is painful for anything over an hour.
