Haggle with seller to get best price for the lot + Shipping container and transport to UK ~£6000 (need way to avoid import tax?)
Start a thread with signup list - everybody buys ticket which is worth 1 bicycle at 1/150 of job lot price. Can buy more than one ticket.

On arrival the individual bikes are priced up at current market value. Then there is a total value if sold individually. Divide each bike price by the total and you have a representation of the % value. Every ticket is worth 1/150% so if the bike you want is more than this share you pay the remainder into a pool which goes to those who choose bikes under the average price.
