Back on track after starting again in September (87kg today, exactly according to my plan spookily). Hoping for 80kg (and to reward myself with a Forerunner 920xt) on Feb 24th. 77kg (and still just in the "overweight" category by BMI) for Brighton Marathon.
Looking back I'm annoyed that I let the weight loss slip last year as I slowly put it all back on. With the marathon training I'll be far less likely to let it go over Christmas and New Year, and no ski trips booked for next year means no excessive weeks of excessive excess.
