I think I'll cold set actually.
If you ordered Novatec hubs, there's a good chance the axles are already long enough to accommodate spacers, which is a much better idea than bending your frame.

Not frightened of cold set tho. Do you think I should be?
Steel frame? I wouldn't even both to set it, just squash it up with the track nuts, then you can easily go back to gears when you get bored by fixed.
