Is this threaded or threadless?

A bit of a newbie question:

Would this fork be a threaded fork or threadless? I thought the headset looks like a threaded headset, but i'm not too sure. I would like to change the stem, for a traditional quill stem.

Headset is definitely threaded, probably with one of these (or similar) in: http://www.wiggle.com/deda-quill-stem-adapter/

Thanks guys! Yeah, I was also thinking it is some kind of adapter. I'm looking to get a a Cinelli stem, or maybe an old 3TTT stem if I can find one. The old Record 3TTT stems are pretty rare nowadays.
