Thanks everyone, back at home and busy sorting out the aftermath.
My insurers are braced for a claim against me! Although I feel reassured that the witness statements and doubtless cctv would back up my statement, as that's what I've been told by the investigating officer. I'm holding fire on any further action.
If she were to start a claim I would have no choice but counter. It's not that I don't feel confident that she's to blame, just that my health is the priority and I'm not going to stress about the rest of it at the moment. The bike damages wouldn't be worth screwing my insurance over so I'm not going to claim for that, I will see how the rest pans out.
