I got the long story free of charge. I hope you guys are ready for this one...
So, the frame was a time trial size 59cm with vertical dropouts. It was converted to track, and the tubes were cut to size 54, that's why the frame has no lugs.
From the original PM - "...this bike was a time trial before in size 59cm it has vertical dropout and converted to track....tube still original as you can see all the lugs a remove already the reason is they convert the frame to my size....who convert it? My mum employers is italian family and they are part of daccordi company so they do the frame for me as they treat me like their son....i know its hard to believe because lugs and some parts is different but im not bothering you to buy it....its hard for me to let this go but i dont have choice and no space for her aswell...so if you want to no more about and what is the name of the guy who so the frame for.me i will answer all your questions....if you have more serious questions i will give his number and talk to him or ralk to the founder of daccordi company."
