Sorry! Didn't realise only 1 had uploaded, here is a dropbox link to the whole roll.

Shot on a Chinon CE-4 using Agfa vista 200 from poundland. This is the only roll to have come back like that, as you can see on the shots of the cathederal the horizontal line is very apparent and also the fact that the greying out isn't a consistent height.

Hmm, strange..
..the horizontal line is from scratched negatives most likely, either from dirt in your camera or the developer's equipment. It happens.
Not sure about the 'greying out' - weird that it happened on one of the rolls only, and on that roll just every now and then..
Pretty sure this has nothing to do with the film, developing or scanning but happened in your camera - so basically an issue with the shutter or mirror, and it indeed looks like the mirror didn't flap out of the way completely in some of the images.
I'd maybe note shutter speeds when shooting the next roll to see if it only happens at certain speeds..
I can only see one picture in your post.
Hard to figure out anything without more pics and more info..
I can't see the greyed out area is a finger in fron of the lens.
This is on more / all images on that film? Other films shot with same camera are ok?
What camera?
Etc.
