Old Peugeot? Plenty of them out there. I managed to build this up for my wife for less than £200 and got the weight down to about 9.8 kg. It could be way lighter if I replaced the cranks and seat pin and better wheels but she won't let me spend any more money! The bike does have aero levers now for a better hand position.
