Double spotting today, both on Upper Street in Angel:
1st: 8.30AM chap on a lovely purple Nagasawa, seen him before, nice commuting horse.
2nd: 7.00PM chap on a Marsini with wide riser, rode together for a while.
Holla to both of you!

Bearded Roadie wearing forum cap at the lights on Waterloo road outside Ambulance service building.
We spotted our caps and had a late hello/grunt/nod as you went south and I north..
Always makes me smile that little recognition..

Someone (female on grey condor I think) gave me 'on here' stare on Lewisham High st just as I was taking right turn towards Ladywell this morning .. hopefully my first SE spot!
And someone doing CX mount-dismount practice in Burgess park later.

Could have been @tricitybendix ?
I know the 'cyclists do not undertake this vehicle' signs on the back of lorries are old hat, but I saw this one this morning (attached) which is new to me (I don't get out much).
If it's not safe to be near this vehicle at any time, what the actual fuck is it doing in a city filled with cyclists at rush hour?!

MY FIRST SE SPOT!

You know this because you're not an idiot. The lorry has a sticker on it so is absolved of any responsibility for any harm done to others.
Hold on, was if a rhetorical question?

-
• #72499
Morning!
I don't know about chilly, I'd pretty much warmed up by then, I was more along the lines of slightly damp and completely miserable.
On the upside that weekend overtime I was shouting at you about has just been cancelled! YAY
How are the heated grips on your Yamaha Luxury Wagon ™ treating you?

Congrats on getting your weekend back.
My hands were toasty all the way in.Hope to catch you at SEs soon...
To the tall guy, white/ silver helmet, blue backpack I think, horribly cut up by a black butchers van (which was also spewing out horrid exhaust fumes) on Waterloo Road at about 10.15: I have sent W Bunting a little email explaining briefly how dangerous their driver is.
