So whats the deal for tomorrow morning, 6 30 or 7am? I need to start mentally preparing for this now.

I've got a cold atm and not feeling tip top, serious manflu and probably need to be put into Xbox Quarantine but I'm still up for it - I think 7am would be good. My mudguard is one of the antisocial ones so apologies in advance (if it's wet out).

I'll be doing rad fixeh laps at 6:45.

Ok then I'll aim for 6:30 on gears. I am guessing I'll get spat out the back in short order but that's ok with me. If you let me go into the wind first I should be able to do at least one long turn at 23mph before collapsing in shame.

Yeah I'm great dover street all the time now. the works coming around aldgate have reach comedy proportions so I'm southwark bridge everyday. I do always keep my eyes peeled (and my cadence high!)
