I just saw that. WTF are they playing at ?
My thoughts are now that they just wrote an emu wrapper for the console version (hence the RAM+CPU requirements)

We are still working with our GPU partners to add full support for SLI and Crossfire. In addition, we are working with these partners to address stability issues on certain cards related to the latest drivers.
Re-released unfinished games.
I'm surprised Max Mad was fairly decent coming from WB as well.
