In other news it looks like I have either sprained a joint in my foot or broken a bone in a low speed tumble today in Wales. Problem was at a&e I needed a dr to refer for X-ray but he was in surgery and the X-ray department was going to be closed by the time he finished doing the operation. So have to wait until tomorrow for X-ray now.
