I think it revolves around Jose and John terry and the female doctor. All the 'I've got a special relationship with Chelsea' gumff that only Chelsea fans believe, is being exposed. Jose loves himself and himself alone. Aside from the media and Chelsea fans nobody else is fooled by his histrionics.
