  • Re: bodies, I take pics of where I bury them and then post them on BTOB when I need to know where they are. oat44 knows enough to lock me away for decades.

  • Wait.... There's a map!!!

  • What a lovely, mild, temperate afternoon for a commute or indeed any other bicycle journey

  • On my cycle tonight was a motorcyclist reading his phone which was straddled between his legs while he sped up towards London Bridge, he spent more time looking at his crotch than the road

  • There's never a stationary lorry about when you need one.

  • Saw a guy driving his "Driving School" car ON THE FUCKING PHONE. Called him out on it, he said he wasn't doing anything wrong, they started on the "why is it any of your business anyway?" I moved on and took a photo. Worth reporting to the police?

  • Report to the driving school if it's a franchise and to DSA.

  • Leave shit reviews everywhere.

  • Or DVSA as it now apparently is.

  • I can hear the rain outside, Pissing down. Gonna be a wet one unless so might be tubing it. Still got an hour but the forecast isn't looking promising

  • You need a dose of HTFU.

    It's only water, you blouse.

  • It's one for the all weather cyclists today. Don't expect to see many others round Regents Park this morning

  • Oil patches everywhere, for added jeopardy. In fact, it felt like one continuous oil patch all the way from Kennington to Southwark Bridge.

Got caught in the Oval bus trap (TM).

Speaking of Oval, has anyone else spotted the other problem with the segregated lane? That's right, as soon as there's a bit of rainfall Lake Geneva forms at the entrance to it. Great...

  • the south bound one appears to now be a storage place for traffic cones and plod, who were pulling people over for no apparent reason last night.

  • It's different every time you go south through there at the minute.

  • Much rain, so standing water, very wet weather gear.

  • I saw a driving instructor recently eating a Chinese takeaway whilst driving. Didn't look to take the driving school name though.

  • New Cross to Clapham Junction was essentially one long puddle this morning, going to have to rethink my footwear options.

Deeply aggrieved drivers of peckham out in force as usual.

  • Excellent design feature there. The best of British, in fact.

Thanks to the driver who realised I would be stupid enough to swerve to avoid Lake Geneva at the last minute without shoulder checking and slowed right down.

  • Someone was clearly thinking outside the box for this morning's soggy commute. Saw a chap wearing SPD sandals complete with woolly socks. I did not even know there was such a thing as spd sandals, let alone expect to be introduced to them mid October deluge.

  • Spandals. Do keep up.

  • Ah, my bad. Clearly need to swot up on my Shimano footwear range.

  • Shoe warmers arrived so I'll let y'all know if they dry my shoes to a toasty warm.

Saddle rails snapped so I will be going home on the train to pick up a spare saddle. Off to bitch in the brooks thread.

  • Saddle rails snapped

    how even!?

  • Dunno. Only had this one since June. Emailed SJS about returning it. Guessing I'm too fat.
