That looks a pretty average quality frame, and pretty cheap components, to be asking £600.
Just to compare, for a similar price:

but its 'custom handmade' ?!

Sturmy archer hubs and chainset.
Chromoly tubing.
Cheap looking dropouts.
Shitty headset.
No way this is £600, I reckon you'd get about half that.

Shitty conversion. Lucky to get £200.

Ok guys, I see this is a tough market and it might be a tad too much but some prices you've said are just insulting. Not to dis on other bikes listed here but this is not a cheap chinese made frame. This is a handmade bike and the frame builder told me it was columbus mainframe tubing.
Also, the headset is actually not as pictured, it was changed to a Shimano 600 headset.
And once again, it was used only as a show bike with a couple of test rides done on itAnyway, the price has dropped to £420
SW London welcome to see it -

Chromoly tubing.
Cheap looking dropouts. How can you tell what tubing it is?

@mattired. The dropouts look cheap because they look like flat stamped plate dropouts, rather than stronger and more expensive forged dropouts. That, combined with the rather chunky gas-pipe frame lugs, generic fork crown style and the original headset, suggests this is probably one of thousands of budget Motobecane/LeJeune/Gitane/Mercier/Peugeot framesets from the 70s/80s. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing special either.

Comprehensive, thanks!
It's lead me to this place which seems very useful -

I see this is a tough market and it might be a tad too much but some prices you've said are just insulting.
You then dropped the price by £180, which is not a tad. There are no insults at all, people have suggested prices that are likely to result in you achieving your aim of selling the bike. Because it is in good condition go for offers around £250 for a private sale and it should sell within a week.
this is not a cheap chinese made frame
but it is a cheap European made frame. Don't make the assumption that European frames are any better than Chinese made frames both can be cheap and/or badly made. The quality control of Taiwanese factories that make high end frames is better than artisan examples from Europe. (Singular bikes vs Rychtarski)

Practically giving it away at £300 now
Handmade lugged Cromoly road frame made into a beautiful fixed gear city racer.
Size 59cm.
Two tone custom paint, pearl white and metallic black. Sturmey Archer hubs (flip-flop) and crankset. Selle Italia original 1980s TURBO saddle. BLB mustache handlebars.
Used only as a showcase bike, ridden only 10 miles after completion.
I'm willing to drop the price a bit due to a few barely noticeable nicks from transport to the UK. It's still a beautiful paintjob especially in the sun
Price £600
