Yep, the seller did say 130mm when I bought it.
However, at first attempt I have struggled to fit my rear wheel in to the drop outs. (It's a pretty basic Mavic CXP 22 on Felt hubs that came on another bike a couple of years back). The front wheel is fine in terms of fit.I wondered whether anyone else had any experience with these frames?

Frame is from 96–97ish, 9 speed era with 130 being fine. I've stuck modern shimano hubs in a similar era KG243 (next one up of the three steel frames they were producing at the time) without problem. I think I've still got a PDF of the catalogue lying around if you're curious about what the world looked like at the time.

How much of a struggle? If in doubt, measure, but it's not that unusual for "130mm" on old frames to be slightly off, so you may have to spring the stays apart a smidge to get the wheel in. In the worst case, you wouldn't be the first person to spring a 126mm frame open to take a 130mm wheel, and few of them died from it.
Should be OK, it's probably just about new enough to be certain that it's 130mm OLN rather than 126mm
