I havent done TT so I'll look into shifters but the rest you can buy individually.
What shifter set up do you need? Do you need shifter on start bar/brake lever?

I only need a single TT shifter, rear derailler, battery, box, cables though.

Yeah, my point was I looked and didn't find any individual TT bits, just the road stuff or full TT group.
