bit late but... good choice. They are like a hardier Open Pave. Still grip well and won't cut up as much. Less supple though. I haven't noticed any real drag compared to a road specific tyre either, they roll well. True to their name, they are very competent when the surface gets loose or rough.
I am running a 28mm set on archetypes in my fixed and I'd say they are true to size on a wide rim.
Admittedly I'll be buying a new set of OPs for the road bike bike though.
