If only there was some kind of software to digitally alter photographs...
In all seriousness; probably just used Photoshop to remove the object that's holding the bike up. It's quite easy to do (especially with such a background).
Actually; in the first image I think the hand that's holding the seat has been removed: http://puu.sh/kY9yb/f9f7e2e262.png. I can tell by the pixels!
This is one of my favorite shopped bicycle images, because you can still see the shadow of the person holding the bike up.
