Start off and see how you get on. If it's disastrous, just keep working hard and if possible, work harder.
If you aren't winning, you probably need more goals (you need quite a lot of tactical awareness to understand this). Therefore, if you play two strikers and three attacking midfielders, you will win.
If that fails, work harder.
